PROJECT CO-ORDINATIOR -GURGAON
With Degree in Engineering and having 10 to 15 yrs. Exp. in Project Management of Cooling Towers in Power Projects of PSU/SEB/Refinery with in depth knowledge of Sequential Material, Mobilization of Vendor Specialists, Commissioning, Documentation and should have idea of resource planning, Site Budget preparation and preparation of work procedure and implementation, Co-ordination with purchase, finance/ accounts vendors, Billing Scheduled, Invoicing client, Contract Management & Subcontractor mobilization. Must have independently handled 2 – 3 projects of value 30 crore & above.

MANAGER PROJECT - SITE
Engineering Graduate with minimum 10 to 15 yrs. Exp. in Project Management of Cooling Towers in Power Projects of PSU/SEB/Refinery with in depth knowledge of Civil Construction, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical & Instrumentation jobs. Manpower and Material Planning, Making Plans and Budget. Should be able to arrange manpower for Shuttering, Concreting & Reinforcement etc. at site well in time. Co-ordination with client, Construction Site, Consultant & Vendors will also be part of the main responsibilities.

Graduate with minimum 6-7 yrs. Experience of independently handling all Commercial Functions of Site Projects. Should have thorough knowledge of HR functions like Statutory Compliance, ESI and PF etc. Labour Act, Safety & Pollution norms & Liaison with various Government agencies and NTPC, Sales Tax, Excise & Labour Department etc. Overall knowledge of Accounting & Purchase functions shall be an added advantage.
