• You will be overall In charge of Manufacturing (Production)QC inspection at our factories at Nuh and will be responsible for timely and quality production from all shop floors of factories (3 combined units).
• You will take care for training to all semiskilled, skilled and highly skilled workforces for our factory. All the new recruitments should have proper induction and training programmes for all this you will keep on coordination with AM (HR).
• You will read and illustrate to others, Machine and Assembly Drawings, Estimation and costing.

You will also arrange to make drawing on available software.

• You will attend and solve fitment/Quality problems facing by our erection staff at our sites/Pan India, will conduct training of erectors at factory related with fitment and alignment problems of equipments at our site.
• All internal ordering will be done in writing only by filling all columns of our printed formats.
• Will coordinate with purchase/store and all concerned to ensure availability of raw materials at all the times in all shop floors/open areas of our units. To ensure that production must not be suffered because of shortage of materials. .
• Will take/manage timely production from all (Including contractors) based on our/client requirements/Requisitions from H.O. and B.O.
• Will arrange to place internal ordering in factory for manufacturing and raise indents for purchasing/purchasing raw material/bought out items within 3 days of getting requisitions from H.O/B.O. will coordinate with ‘Commercial Offer cum Coordinator’.
• Shall be responsible for Q.C and Inspection reports, Lab Tests reports to prepare documents/reports related to all this etc.
• Must have handled/full exposure on Inspection Engineer, Q.C. Engineer and Lab Engineer.
• Will keep on discussion and manufacturing/purchasing/procuring all Items of each requisition parallelly so that all items (100%) of all requisitions must be made on same time for dispatching materials of one requisition.
• Will give work to all production supervisors/Production engineers in writing daily and take report in evening of some day/next day morning.
• Everything will be in writing daily production reports (on our printed formats) will be given and taken from/ to all concerned.
• Will coordinate with AM (HR) and will plan for overtime hours, Sunday/Holidays working and Manpower requirements and allocation.

Job Location: Factory at Nuh, Mewat Haryana (35 km from Gurugram)

Qualification:

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering from Govt. Engineering/polytechnic. Do not put c.v. of candidates from private colleges/Polytechnics. Check it before putting c.v. to me.

Experience: 15 – 20 years of working as Production/Works Manager preferably in a MSME cos. only, having conventional machines (Likes Lathes, Shapers, Millers and Boring machines etc.) doing steel Fabrication. More experienced persons not to consider.

Age : 45 years +- But not above 50 years.

Must be (compulsory):

1. Can relocate to Sohna/Nearby areas
2. Preferably from “Cooling Towers/Chilling Plants” manufacturing cos. like/ Ex of Paharpur C/Ts, North Street C/Ts.
3. MSME manufacturing/Capital goods/Plant & machineries/Assemblies (for example like Gearboxes, Transformers etc.), Engineering Equipments (not Instruments).
4. manufacturing many/multi Items only, for example people from factories like ISGEC/Uttam (Ghaziabad) /Triveni/S.S Engineering (FBD), P.P Rolling mills (FBD), New Allenberry Works (FBD) etc etc.
5. Can speak & write good English.

Should Not be from:

1. Manufacturing single Item/product
2. making Automobile Components/Complete Automobiles/vehicles
3. Non Engineering Goods/Electronics Goods/Electrical Goods/Cables/Wires etc.
4. Having CNC Machines.   

Package: Rs. 10 to 12 LPA (CTC) depending on competency/experience of candidate. For extraordinary deserving candidate we can consider 10-15% extra also.

Joining time: Not more than 30 days.

Note:  Will report to/take Instructions from a young management Executive of 30 yrs. of age besides from others from H.O/ B.O.     

Job Responsibilities:

1. Profile involves working in AutoCAD or ZWCAD and other related 2D & 3D software for making civil structural drawings for Cooling Towers.
2. Preparing General Arrangement Drawings, Foundation Drawings, Beams & Slabs, Column & Column Schedule, Water Tanks, and Reinforcement drawings of RCC structures, including making corrections as needed.
3. Preparing drawings related to mechanical components of Cooling Towers.
4. Making amendments to standard drawings and creating new drawings based on client/project requirements.
5. Able to explain drawings to execution/production engineers/technicians.
6. As per company requirements, visiting factory and various sites to create drawings.
7. Willingness to travel across India and abroad as required for company work.
8. Willing to stay back and work after 7:00 p.m. or work on Sundays/holidays as needed. Extra time will be compensated accordingly.

Job and Responsibilities:-

• Responsible for selling new Cooling Towers and Chilling Plants / Spares / doing Repairs & Renovation Jobs in Sectors Like, Petrochemical Plants, Sugar plants, Distilleries, Power Plants, Fertilizer Plants, Chemical Plants etc.
• Capable to handle the branch office functions independently like achieving sales & payment targets & new business generation.
• Co-ordinate with various departments of plants for Enquiry Generation, Tender Submission,  Tender  Opening,  Price  and Commercial Terms Negotiation, Drawings & QAP approval, Bill Submission, Payment Collection.
• To handle sites related matters (Erection of new Towers/Repairs/Overhauling etc.) in the Southern region. You will arrange manpower for carrying out such jobs at site.
• Directing sales & after sales activities of Cooling Towers and Chilling Plants in Southern Region of India.
• Understanding the customer’s requirements and educating the customer about our products and services.
• Special focus on selling Spares, Revamping/Repairs/Overhauling Jobs including selling of new Cooling Towers/Process Chilling Plants.

Candidate profile

• Experience Required: 8-12 years of relevant experience, doing the above same jobs.
• Qualification- B.E (Mechanical)/B.Sc. (science)/MBA
• Residence of Bengaluru are preferable

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To perform designing of cooling tower by using In-house software.
2. Studying Tenders and enquiries in detail and making Bill of material and cost estimation of project.
3. To attend technical discussion via video calls or in person with in Pan India/ Overseas clients/consultants/factory/vendors.
4. To guide juniors in preparing technical offers, BOM, costing and in filling data sheets.
5. To check and make corrections in the typed offer given to you.
6. To do relevant engineering and arrange to make Final BOM for factory for Manufacturing for bought out items
7. To direct and guide draftsman to prepare drawings.
8. To check drawings thoroughly so that no mistake is there when drawings are sent to client & Factory.
9. Coordinate with factory team for manufacturing & dispatch as per BOM.
10. To do correspondence with clients and consultants regarding technical matters.

Jobs and Responsibilities:

1. Tenders enquiries search through various Govt. & PSUs Private Sectors websites and other Portals.
2. Finally to get relevant Tenders/Enquiries and Passing the same to MD of the company.
3. Making Technical Proposals/Quotation/Offers of Engineering Products (Capital Goods)/Projects.
4. Hands on experience into customer Query handling.
5. Good in Calculations & making Technical Conversions (Pressure, Temperature & measurements etc.)
6. Study of tenders, making synopsis of technical & commercial points, discussing the same with Director/MD & CEO and preparation of tender.
7. To keep record of tender submitted.
8. To follow up and find out status of the same.
9. To reply to client’s queries.
10. To keep track of tender due dates and opening dates.
11. In case of any problems faced during uploading of tenders, get in touch with concerned persons to resolve the issue.

Department should be PSU’s like NTPC, GAIL, IOCL, BHEL, BPCL, SAIL, NPL etc. Should have knowledge of GEM Portal is must.
